Haven't read this book, but since Benjamin Hardy a well known behavioral psychologist has written it, I just jumped at the opportunity. I have read some of his books in the past, as well as, follow his work. Not revolutionary, but rather he puts the ideas and strategies into a structured resource, that one can simply look over again and again.
